Information on Radio frequency

Radio frequency describes the range of frequencies used for radio communications (across a radio channel). The radio-frequency range is divided by the ITU-R into a number of bands of frequencies, where all frequencies in a band exhibit similar properties. The bands are ELF, VF, VLF, LF, MF, HF, VHF, UHF, SHF and EHF.
