Information on HF Dipole Antenna

An HF dipole antenn is formed by splitting the two wires of a two-wire transmission line, and bending them back to form a single straight line. The antenna feed is in the middle of the dipole antenna, where the split occurs. An HF dipole antenna is a resonant antenna.
     HF dipole antennas are used in in all frequency bands.
