Induction Cooktop.  An induction cooktop does not directly generate heat, but generates heat in the base of steel cookware. Effectively, the cookware itself is the element, which means that an induction cooktop runs mucn cooler than other types of cooktop.

Instant Hot Water.  An instant hot water system heats water as it is used, rather than heating hot water and storing it for later use.

Iron.  An iron provides a convenient, portable way of removing wrinkles from clothes, without the expense of a large press.

Ironing Board.  An ironing board should provide a convenient and safe platform for ironing, whether it is free standing, wall-mounted or used on a table.
