Information on PPP over Ethernet

PPP over Ethernet uses PPP over an Ethernet network. PPP over Ethernet is sometimes used on broadband Internet connections.
     The use of PPP over Ethernet adds extra overhead to the Ethernet frame, reducing the maximum frame length from 1500 bytes to 1492 bytes.

  • Dlink.  Products from Dlink include NAT Router, ADSL Switch, NAT Firewall, Ethernet Router and DSL Router
