Information on Time division multiplexed Digital Subscriber Line Router

A Time division multiplexed Digital Subscriber Line Router is used in TDSL broadband Internet access to separate a customer's local network from the TDSL network operator's network. In order to allow multiple network devices on the internal network to share a single IP address allocated by the TDSL ISP (Internet service provider), an TDSL router normally includes a NAT router. A Time division multiplexed Digital Subscriber Line Router may provide a number of ports for the local network; one possible configuration provides four 100baseT, 100 Mbps Ethernet lines.
