Information on xDSL Switch

An xDSL Switch is a switch that is integrated with an xDSL modem, and possibly other components supporting an xDSL connection. Security protocols, such as NAT, are also often found in a xDSL Switch.

  • Netgear.  Products from Netgear include ADSL Router, NAT VPN, Repeater, PPPoE and Bridge
  • Netcomm.  Products from Netcomm include Ethernet Hub, NAT Firewall, NAT Router and Wireless SDSL Access
  • CISCO.  Products from CISCO include ADSL Switch, xDSL Switch, and HDSL Router
  • 3Com.  Products from 3Com include Wireless Router, Wireless xDSL Access, and NAT VPN
  • Dlink.  Products from Dlink include Broadband Modem, xDSL Modem, DSL Modem, xDSL Switch and Modem
