Information on Free Text

Free text is a term used in advertising CDMA mobile SMS services, allowing a web user to send a free SMS message to a CDMA mobile subscriber. The subscriber receivers the SMS message on their mobile phone.
     Some network operators now provide free text only to send message to their own subscribers' mobiles.
     Many sites used to offer free text. Because of increasing costs for mobile message transmission, free text is becoming less common.
