Microcom Networking Protocols Class 9·is one of the error correction and data compression protocols developed by the modem manufacturer Microcom.
     MNP Class 9·provide:

  • MNP Class 7 data compression plus V.32 (9.6 kbps, full-duplex)·
  • Enhanced universal link negotiation: allows MNP and non-MNP modems to establish optimum performance communications sessions
