Fast Tracking. Fast tracking is the act of decreasing the overall time required for a project (see schedule compression) without decreasing scope. Feasibility. The feasibility of a project relates to how likely it is able to be achieved. That is, feasibility relates to how likely the project can implement the stakeholder's requirements within time, financial and other constraints. Feasibility Analysis. The feasibility analysis for a project relates to how likely it is able to be achieved. Feasibility Study. The feasibility study for a project relates to how likely it is able to be achieved. Fixed-price Contract. A fixed-price contract is one in which the developer agrees to provide the deliverable(s) for an agreed total sum. Free Project Management Software. Free project management software is used to collect, analyse, and distribute project management artefacts and outcomes.
