    Performance Reporting.  Performance reporting requires a project manager to establish lines of communication that allow the flow of information relating to the progress of the various project activities.

    PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique).  The program evaluation and review technique (PERT) chart is a term used to refer to a network diagram, which is a graphical illustration of the relationship between project activities.

    PRINCE.  PRINCE® is a project management methodology covering the organisation, management and control of projects.

    PRINCE Certification.  PRINCE certification requires that an organisation is certified to perform project management activities in accordance with PRINCE methodologies.

    Procurement Authority.  The procurement authority is the individual or organisation that authorises the processes to acquire the goods and services required for successful completion of the project.
