Information on HR Manager

While managing the other resources associated with a project is important, a significant portion of a project manager's time is spent in managing staff. In large projects the project manager will have the assistance of a HR Manager . The role of the HR Manager is to assist in managing staff, to develop and implement project-specific HRM policies and procedures, to assist in the acquisition of staff, and so on. The humna resource manager may work only for the project, or may work for the parent organisation and provide a specified portion of their time to assist the project manager.
