Information on Cash Flow

Cash flow is important to a project manager who is responsible for the management of the budget for the project. As activities are completed, the project manager must manage the cash flow so that the expenditure rate does not outstrip the income available for the period. Some form of budget management software is used by the project manager to assist in managing cash flow.
