Information on Contingency Planners

Contingency planners conduct planning to ensure that processes and resources are available to cope with any contingency events that may arise during the conduct of the project. Contingency planners produce a contingency plan that ensures that the project is able to accommodate the occurrence of any risk events. Contingency planners normally apply a formal risk management process.
