Information on Critical Path Method

Critical path method (CPM) is a network analysis method whereby the overall project duration can be estimated from the analysis of the durations of each of the activities and their schedule dependencies. Critical path planning using the critical path method is assisted by a number of critical path software packages, such as such as Microsoft Project, PlanBee®, DOVICO, YZ Project Manager, and MinuteMan.
