Information on Schedule Management

Schedule management encompasses those activities undertaken by project managers and other managers in managing their schedules. Project schedule management aims to ensure that a project is completed on time. Project sechedule management (project time management) includes both process to define the time frame of the project and to control the time frame.
     Project Time Management is one of the nine knowledge areas defined by the PMBOK .
