Information on Time Control

Time control encompasses those activities undertaken by project managers and other managers in managing their schedules. Time control aims to ensure that a project is completed on time. Time control includes both processes to define the time frame of the project and to control the time frame.
     Time control is part of Project Time Management, which is one of the nine knowledge areas defined by the PMBOK .
