Information on Time Management

Time management encompasses those activities undertaken by project managers and other managers in managing their schedules. Project time management aims to ensure that a project is completed on time. Project time management includes both processes to define the time frame of the project and to control the time frame.
     Project Time Management is one of the nine knowledge areas defined by the PMBOK .
