Information on Performance Reporting

Performance reporting requires a project manager to establish lines of communication that allow the flow of information relating to the progress of the various project activities. Performance reporting is essential to ensure that the project manager is aware of progress and can address any issues as soon as they begin to arise. Performance reporting is also applied to the personnel reports raised on project staff.
