Information on Strengths (SWOT)

Strengths is the first step of a SWOT analysis. Strengths is used to analyse the advantages associated with your current position.
     Strengths refers to where you are currently, rather than to future plans.
     Each of the four areas of a SWOT analysis (including Strengths) can be applied to a wide variety of aspects of an organisation, including financial, personnel, technology, and products.
