Speakers Glossary

Hi Fi Speakers.  The term Hi Fi Speakers is often used to refer to speakers used with home stereo systems.

Home Cinema Speakers.  Home cinema speakers provide a surround-sound audio reproduction system.

Home Speaker Stands.  Home speaker stands are used for supporting speakers that do not sit directly on the floor.

Home Theater Subwoofer.  A home theater subwoofer is used as part of a home theater system to enhance the impact of low-frequency sounds.

Home Theater Surround Sound Speakers.  Home theater surround sound speakers provide a surround-sound audio reproduction system.

Horn Tweeter.  A horn tweeter is a particular type of tweeter whose shape resembles a horn.
