Operational Environment. The operational environment is the environment within which it is envisaged that the system will exist once it is fielded and becomes operational.
Operational Test And Evaluation (OT&E). Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) is focused on functional or operational testing of the system, and is generally undertaken by users following acceptance of the system into service.
