Information on SOW
A SOW details the work that is required to be completed as part of a contract. Normally contained as an annex to the contract, the Statement of Work clearly outlines the work that is required by the contract and each major deliverable that is to result. The SOW provides a clear basis for tendering in the first instance and then provides detailed guidance to the contractor during the conduct of the work.
