Information on WBS

A WBS is a hierarchical breakdown of the various system components (personnel, materials, facilities and data) to be produced, developed or acquired. The WBS is a hierarchical representation of the physical architecture and as such is developed at the end of Preliminary Design. The WBS is therefore obviously a major contract deliverable.
