Information on Contract Change Proposal

When a change to a configuration item is approved there is no doubt an associated change to rate of work effort, resources, and so on. If these changes are sufficient to warrant a change to contractual arrangements a Contract Change Proposal (CCP) is raised to allow the work associated with the changes to be authorised and funded through a variation to the contract. Not every Engineering Change Proposal with require a Contract Change Proposal, but it is likely that most will.
