Information on Exit Criteria

Exit criteria define the set of conditions or achievements that must exist before the activity is considered to be completed satisfactorily and the development can proceed to the next activity in the system lifecycle. For example, exit criteria allow us to know when reviews are complete.

Other topics in our resources on Systems Engineering related to Exit Criteria include:

  • Entry Criteria
  • Test Readiness Review (TRR)
  • System Qualification Review (SQR)
