Information on Measure Of Effectiveness

A measure of effectiveness is a system-level metric used in systems engineering to quantify the performance of the system solution in meeting the users needs.
Key forms of measure of effectiveness typically include operational performance measures, safety, reliability, maintainability, ease of use and so on. Typically each measure of effectiveness has an associated set of lower-level measures of performance (MOPs).
