Information on Physical Architecture

The physical architecture is a hierarchical arrangement of the physical (people, products, processes) solutions, including: functional, performance, and verification requirements; internal and external interfaces; and constraints. The physical architecture is evident in the Allocated Baseline, which is made up of a number of configuration baselines. The physical architecture (Allocated Baseline) is a principal product of Preliminary Design.
