Information on Stakeholder

A stakeholder is defined by most of the standards as an enterprise, organisation or individual having an interest or a stake in the outcome of the systems engineering process. The identification of stakeholders is an important initial activity in the Acquisition Phase since stakeholders are the source of most of the elicited requirements for the system.

Other topics in our resources on Systems Engineering related to Stakeholder include:

  • Contract
  • Acquirer
  • User
