Information on TLP

The TLP is developed following a thorough assessment of team skills and knowledge relative to its current and prospective requirements. The TLP governs and subsumes Individual Learning Plans, and designates team learning and development priorities and strategies. The TLP highlights that team member learning and development is a team responsibility, not a private affair between individuals and their supervisor.
