Information on Balanced Scorecard

The Balanced Scorecard is a tool to assist teams and organisations to manage performance across a number of dimensions. While many variations are possible, the classic Balanced Scorecard comprises four views into organisational performance, including customer, internal processes, people and development, and financials. The premise of the balanced scorecard is that achievements and improvements in each view are important to enduring organisational health and performance.
