Decision making is a core team and individual skill, with each team and individual exhibiting a particular decision making style. The decision making style varies between teams and individuals because the elements of the decision making process are very individual depending on factors such as background, situation, stress, and so on. Each leader and decision maker needs to understand their own decision making style if they are to make well formed decisions.
