Drifts is a term that implies departure from best practice. Drifts are the warning signals that the team is not adhering to the principles of effective functioning and high-performance. Drifts have been identified for all of the nine dimensions of the Team Wheel, and can be observed / assessed in any one or more of the dimensions.
