Information on Group Decision Making

Group decision making is a core team skill. Decision making involves making a selection from among alternative courses of action. Implementation and evaluation of the implementation provide feedback into the next cycle of group decision making. In a self-directing team, the team itself takes on an important decision making role within the organisation. Effective group decision making implies an engagement with the members of the team, and high performance in each of the nine dimensions of the high-performance team wheel.
