Information on Group Dynamics

In the context of high performance teams, group dynamics is another term for team dynamics. Group dynamics is concerned with the interaction between members of the group, and how this relates to the performance of the group. Several of the dimensions of the high-performance team wheel (especially alignment) relate specifically to group dynamics.
