Information on High-Performance Teams

A high-performance team is a team producing sustained extraordinary performance through exceptional process and utilisation.
The whole idea behind high performance in teams is that they are willing and able to continually stretch, improve, and exceed expectations. Essentially, teams that demonstrate moderate levels across the nine dimensions of the high-performance team wheel tend to perform better than teams who do not.
