Information on Leadership

Leadership is the ability to influence people (by providing purpose, direction and motivation) to accomplish organisational and team tasks and to improve the organisation and team. It is often assumed that leadership is a natural trait and that leaders are born and not made. That is, the art of leadership is intuitively obvious to good leaders. Leadership is not a natural trait, however, and must be developed by study and practice.
