Information on Leadership Conference

A leadership conference is important because it is one of the mechanisms that support leadership training. For example, a leadership conference provides a focussed approach to leadership theories and training that enables organisations to develop leaders that are highly productive and highly motivated. A leadership conference, along with dedicated and continuing training, assessment and coaching, can assist in leadership training by the provision of a supportive formal organisational training infrastructure for leaders.
