Information on Leadership Case Studies
Leadership case studies are important because they are one
of the mechanisms that support leadership training, which provides a
focussed approach to leadership theories and training that enables organisations
to develop leaders that are highly productive and highly motivated.
Leadership case studies, along with dedicated and continuing training,
assessment and coaching, assist in leadership training by the provision
of a supportive formal organisational training infrastructure for leaders. Leadership
case studies can be conducted formally or informally, individually
or in groups.
