Information on Leadership Development

When considering leadership development, many in an organisation often assume that leadership is a natural trait and that leaders are born and not made. That is, it is often believed that leadership development is not required because the art of leadership is intuitively obvious to good leaders. Leadership development is not a natural process, however, and leadership development must be conducted by a combination of study and practice.
