Information on Leadership Exercises
Leadership exercises are important because they are one of
the mechanisms that support leadership training, which provides a focussed
approach to leadership theories and training that enables organisations to
develop leaders that are highly productive and highly motivated. Leadership
exercises, along with dedicated and continuing training, assessment and
coaching, assist in leadership training by the provision of a
supportive formal organisational training infrastructure for leaders. Leadership exercises
can be performed individually or in groups. Leadership exercises
can also be formal or informal.
