Information on Leadership Plan

A leadership plan refers either to a leader's vision for the team or organisation, or to the plan by which leadership is developed and maintained within the team or organisation. The latter is probably the most useful as a leadership plan as the former is normally referred to as a vision rather than a leadership plan.
