Information on Leadership Potential

While leadership traits are developed rather than naturally occurring, some individuals have a natural predilection for leadership. That is, while every individual has leadership potential and could be developed into a leader, some individuals show more leadership potential than others. This leadership potential is mostly based on a willingness and a desire to embrace a leadership role. There are other individuals who do not show significant leadership potential, preferring instead to simply act as a member of a team.
