Information on Leadership Skills

Leadership skills are those skills required to perform effective leadership. It is often assumed that leadership is a natural trait and that leaders are born and not made. That is, it is assumed that leadership skills are naturally possessed and exhibited by good leaders. Leadership skills are not natural, however, and can be developed by study and practice. Leadership skills comprise good interpersonal and communication skills, good problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as good conceptual and technical skills.
