Information on Mentor
Individual leaders can receive great benefitand guidance through feedback from a leadership mentor. A leadership mentor provides personalised feedback in the form of information, insight, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. Leadership mentoring helps leaders practice, correct, and improve performance. To be an effective mentor requires knowledge of the individual, knowledge of the team, and knowledge of the environment, including what is required and what limitations or other hindrances exist.
