Information on Non-Negotiables

Non-Negotiables is an element of the high-performance team charter.
Non-negotiables is a part of the Charter that some teams may find more useful than others. Non-negotiables can include any product, value, way of working, role, or any other aspect of the team and its work on which the team is unwilling to compromise. There may be one or more items so central to team performance or crucial to management that most other things pale. If push comes to shove, shared commitment to one or two Non-negotiables means everything else takes lower priority. Non-negotiables necessarily would be few.
