While change “happens” as a natural aspect of evolution and
organisational life cycle, in this context organisational change is
a planned and methodical approach to improving performance or effectiveness
in some part of or across the organisation. Two fundamental
principles of managed organisational change are: Use the targets of
change as the instruments of change.The process is the change.
