Information on Resourcefulness and Possibility

"Resourcefulness and Possibility" is one of the nine dimensions of the high-performance team wheel.
Resourcefulness and Possibility involves achieving unprecedented results requires breakthrough thinking and dramatically different ways of doing things. This may start with encouraging and recognising new possibilities—new definitions, breaking the rules, challenging assumptions. Team members must find innovative and creative ways to work around or through barriers to performance.
Resourcefulness and Possibility means invention, innovation, and "seeing outside the box." Acceptance of new and different. Creative approaches. Team members do nor rule out "half-baked" ideas or rely on tried and true solutions or methods. Teams that "stall" and are stopped by barriers and breakdowns are failing in this dimension. You’ll see teams that repeat the same mistake or duplicate solutions that worked in the past. You’ll also see the dismissing or discounting of new and different ideas.
