Information on Team Collaboration Inventory (TCI)
The Team Collaboration Inventory (TCI) is an assessment device
based on the nine dimensions of the High-Performance Team Wheel
that is used to identify collaborative orientations or tendencies. Administering
the TCI in a team provides a good introduction to
the principles of team high-performance and the Team Wheel. It’s
fun and gets people talking. A separate scoring and interpretation
guide is required.
The Team Collaboration Inventory (TCI) is an
assessment of team behaviours that, in the aggregate, point to
the orientation or inclination toward teamwork. The Team Collaboration Inventory (TCI) is based on the High-performance Team Wheel and
comprises 45 questions and a self-scoring template. Individuals can assess
themselves, or their team as a whole, against all nine
components of the wheel. The scoring template provides a profile
of relative strengths and weaknesses against all nine components.
