Information on Team Critical Success Factors

Team Critical Success Factors is an element of the high-performance team charter.
Team Critical Success Factors are conditions or factors that must be present for the team to succeed. Team Critical Success Factors are probably of more practical use to project teams and dealt with at start-up, but thinking about the conditions external to the team that will promote or inhibit success can be quite helpful.
Team Critical Success Factors may be internal to the team (such as skills), but are often organisational conditions surrounding the team and contributing to success, such as supportive business processes.
