Information on Team Deliverables

Team Deliverables is an element of the high-performance team charter.
The hard products, services or other team outputs that a team is required to produce or deliver. Deliverables may represent the desired ends of goals, or contribute to goal achievement. While distinctions between deliverables and "results" may be possible, results belong in this category, when they are tangible, observable, and measurable. Reduction in cost, decrease in error rate, improvement in efficiency, and acceleration in timeframes, for example, represent results (as opposed to products). Each of these latter examples, however, requires some measure of specification (or operationalisation to use a now-familiar term) for them to meet the observable and measurable criteria mentioned previously.
